Hi there! I'm Stephanie, and I'm so glad you're here!

I am a certified life coach, a mother of five, a musician, and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. 

I discovered life coaching several years ago when I was struggling to find clarity in my roles as a wife, mother, and business owner.  I felt like a failure in more ways than one and didn't know how to be authentic in my relationships. I was battling depression and anxiety and didn't know how to process my emotions. I was tired of being afraid to be honest about what I really wanted and needed. 

Having a life coach changed all of that! 

I feel so blessed to be a life coach now, and I absolutely love helping women and youth create the results they want to see in their lives! I am certified through the Life Coach School. I am also certified in Marriage, Family, and Human Relations through BYU Idaho. I have been married to my husband for over 25 years and have been a mom for over 24 years.
