I am a certified life coach, a wife, a mother of four adult children and one teenager, a musician, and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. 

I discovered life coaching several years ago when I was struggling to find clarity and confidence in my roles as a wife, mother, and business owner.  I felt resentful and believed I was failing in more ways than one. I didn't know how to be authentic in my relationships. I was battling depression and anxiety and didn't know how to process my emotions. I was tired of being afraid to be honest about what I really wanted and needed.
